August 20XX: Patient visited our hospital with palpitations and lightheadedness, and was diagnosed as having tachycardia atrial fibrillation, therefore, DC was performed. Thereafter, she was treated conservatively with oral medication.
Four years later, she had frequent palpitations and underwent PVI. Five years later, she was admitted again for ablation due to recurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
