IVUS-guided vs. angio-guided PCI in patients with ACS: the IVUS-ACS study
The IVUS-ACS study showed that IVUS-guided DES implantation reduced the 1-year risk of TVF (cardiac death, MI related to the target vessel and clinically derived TVR) compared to angio-guided implantation in patients with ACS, according to a report presented by Dr. Shao-Liang Chen of Nanjing Medical University , at the Featured Clinical Research session of ACC.24.
