IVUS-guided vs. angio-guided DCB treatment for femoropopliteal artery disease: the IVUS-DCB study
The IVUS-DCB study shows that in EVT for femoropopliteal artery disease, treatment with IVUS-guided paclitaxel-coated balloons (DCB) had a significantly higher 1-year primary patency rate compared with angio-guided treatment, according to a report presentation by Dr. Young -Guk Ko, Yonsei University, South Korea, at the Late-Breaking Clinical Trials session at ACC.24.
