FFRangio-Based PCI and 1-year Clinical Outcomes: An International Multicenter Registry
An international multicenter registry from Japan and Israel has shown that, in patients with chronic coronary syndrome (CCS) , a treatment strategy based on angiogram-based FFR (FFRangio) based treatment strategy (performing PCI ≤0.8, PCI defer >0.8) resulted in better one-year clinical outcomes compared to the discordant strategy with FFRangio values, according to a study reported by Dr. Yuetsu Kikuta from Fukuyama Cardiovascular Hospital at the Hotline/Late-Breaking Trials session at EuroPCR 2024.
