PCI in patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve implantation: The NOTION-3 Trial
The NOTION-3 trial demonstrated that, PCI for coronary artery disease in patients undergoing TAVR was associated with a significantly lower 2-year risk of MACE (all-cause mortality, MI, and urgent revascularization) compared to conservative treatment, according to a study presented by Dr. Jacob Thomsen Loenborg, Copenhagen University Hospital-Rigshospitalet, Denmark, in the Hot Line session at ESC Congress 2024.
