Clopidogrel versus Aspirin Monotherapy Beyond 1 Month after PCI with DES: Final 1-year Results from the STOPDAPT-3 Trial
The STOPDAPT-3 trial demonstrated that in patients with ACS or high bleeding risk (HBR), there was no difference in 1-year cardiovascular and bleeding outcomes between aspirin monotherapy and clopidogrel monotherapy after 1 month of DES implantation during PCI, according to a study presented by Dr. Hirotoshi Watanabe, Hirakata Kohsai Hospital, Japan, in the Hot Line session at ESC Congress 2024.
