In four patients who underwent percutaneous deep vein arterialization (pDVA) for end-stage peripheral arterial disease (PAD), technical success was achieved in all cases, with a limb salvage rate of 75%, Dr. Krystina N. Choinski and colleagues, The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, USA, reported in the July issue of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery.
