Drug-coated Balloon Angioplasty for Side Branch During Provisional Stenting: The DCB-BIF Trial
In patients undergoing provisional stenting of coronary bifurcation lesions, treatment with drug-coated balloon (DCB) for side branch had better 1-year outcomes compared with non-compliant balloon (NCB), according to a study presented by Dr. Shao-Liang Chen, Nanjing Medical University, China, in the Late-Breaking Clinical Science session of TCT 2024.
