The procedural outcomes and one-year clinical results of intravascular lithotripsy (IVL) for coronary chronic total occlusion (CTO) lesions were shown to be comparable to those for non-CTO cases, Dr. Federico Oliveri and colleagues, Leiden University Medical Center, the Netherlands, reported in the October 1 issue of Catheterization & Cardiovascular Interventions.
