Among patients who underwent TAVR, 6.7% underwent unplanned coronary angiography during a median follow-up of 26 months, with approximately half occurring within the first year, and half of those who underwent coronary angiography had ACS, Dr. Asa Phichaphop and colleagues, Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation, USA, reported in the January 27 issue of JACC: Cardiovascular Interventions.
