In patients with unprotected left main (LM) true bifurcation lesions, drug-coated balloon (DCB)-based treatment showed no difference in 2-year clinical outcomes compared to treatment with drug-eluting stents (DES) alone, Dr. Ae-Young Her and colleagues, Kangwon National University College of Medicine, South Korea, reported in the April 1 issue of Catheterization & Cardiovascular Interventions.
