Payment Deadline

Payment is due on the date of payment based on the membership agreement of each credit card company.

Service is available as soon as you have purchased the product, approved your membership registration, and completed your subscription plan.

Cancellation and Refund of Fees

This service is not a service to which the cooling-off period stipulated in the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions applies. If you cancel during the contract period or do not use the service within the contract period, you will be charged until the expiration date of the contract. Please note that no refunds will be made for pro-rated amounts due to cancellation within the contract period, or for any difference due to downgrading of membership status, unless otherwise stipulated in the Terms and Conditions.

Returns

Content cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise specified in the Terms and Conditions.
