The following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to the use of official account sites (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") established within social media or social networking sites (hereinafter referred to as "SNS") operated by other companies (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by TCROSS Co., Ltd. ("TCROSS Co., Ltd." or the "Company") .
Users shall use the Service upon agreeing to these Terms.
The term "User" includes all persons who use the Service.
When using the Service, Users shall not engage in any of the following acts (or acts that may lead to such acts);
Infringing the rights or interests of the Company, other Users, or other third parties.
Defaming, slandering, insulting, or libeling the reputation or credibility of the Company, other users, or other third parties.
Any act that infringes on the privacy of other users or third parties by posting personal information such as names, telephone numbers, addresses, etc.
Violating the Public Offices Election Law.
Soliciting membership in religious or other groups and/or organizations.
Soliciting investments, donations, funding, or the purchase of goods or services.
Use or duplication of information obtained through the Service beyond the scope of commercial or personal use.
Acts that interfere with the provision or use of the Service by the Company, other users, or other third parties.
Acts of providing another person's information, etc. by using false personal information, impersonating another person, etc.
Accessing the Service by hacking or other illegal acts, or monitoring or duplicating all or part of the Site (viewing or spreading is allowed).
Other acts that violate the terms of use of SNS, public order and morals, laws and regulations, or penal regulations, or that the Company deems inappropriate.
The Company may, without any prior notice to the users of the Service, delete the contents of information posted on the Service by the users and restrict the use of the Service by the users, and the users shall not object to such deletion.
In the event that a user of the Service causes tangible or intangible damage to the Company, other users, or other third parties in connection with the use of the Service, said user shall compensate for such damage at his/her own responsibility and expense, seek to resolve the matter, and shall not cause any disadvantage to the Company.
The Company does not guarantee or authorize the content of information provided by users through the Service. Therefore, the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users who trust the contents of the information.
All copyrights (including the rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) to information posted by users through the Service shall belong to the Company, and users shall not exercise their moral rights with respect thereto. Users shall not be entitled to claim compensation for the attribution or waiver of such rights.
The Company shall be free to change the contents of these Terms without the consent of the users of the Service. In this case, the amended Terms shall take effect immediately upon publication of the amended Terms and Conditions on the Company's website or by other means, and the users of the Service shall be subject to the amended Terms.
The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any disputes arising from the use of the Service and these Terms.
