From the RENOVATE-COMPLEX-PCI trial, intravascular imaging-guided PCI with IVUS/OCT reduced the combined risk of cardiac death, MI related to target vessel, and clinically derived TVR compared to angiography-guided PCI in patients with complex coronary lesions.
