FFR or 3D-QCA Based Vessel-FFR guided revascularization: the FAST III Trial
The FAST III trial demonstrated that among patients with intermediate coronary stenosis, a 3D-QCA-based vessel fractional flow reserve (vFFR)-guided revascularization strategy was noninferior to an FFR-guided strategy for the composite endpoint of all-cause death, any myocardial infarction, or any revascularization at 1 year, according to a study presented by Dr. Joost Daemen, Erasmus University Medical Center, the Netherlands, in the Late-Breaking Clinical Trials session at ACC.26.
