Calcification in the CTO site and retrograde puncture of the distal cap region have been identified as independent predictors of a successful Stingray Antegrade Dissection Re-entry technique (ADR) in CTO-PCI. Dr. Hao Lu and colleagues of Zhongshan Hospital, China, reported in the December issue of Catheterization & Cardiovascular Interventions.
