PCI of Native Coronary Artery vs Saphenous Vein Graft in Patients With SVG Stenosis After CABG: The PROCTOR Trial
The PROCTOR trial demonstrated that among patients with significant stenosis in a saphenous vein graft (SVG) after CABG, PCI of the SVG was associated with better 1-year clinical outcomes compared with PCI of the native coronary artery, Dr. Ruben W. de Winter, Heart Center Amsterdam, the Netherlands, reported in the January 27 issue of the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
