Optimal Minimal Stent Area After Crossover Stenting in Patients With Unprotected Left Main Disease
The cutoff values of minimal stent area (MSA) predicting 5-year MACE, defined as all-cause death, myocardial infarction, and target lesion revascularization, after crossover stenting for unprotected LM disease were 11.4 mm² at the proximal LM, 8.4 mm² at the distal LM, and 8.1 mm² at the LAD ostium, Dr. Ju Hyeon Kim and colleagues, Asan Medical Center, South Korea, reported in the September 15 issue of EuroIntervention.
