Transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (TEER) for severe tricuspid regurgitation is safe, reduces the severity of tricuspid regurgitation, and improves quality of life, according to the TRILUMINATE trial. Dr. Paul Sorajja of the Allina Health Minneapolis Heart Institute at Abbott Northwestern Hospital, USA, and colleagues reported in the May 18 issue of The New England Journal of Medicine.
