Treatment effect of DOAC vs. warfarin by degree of renal dysfunction: a network meta-analysis
A patient-level network meta-analysis of the COMBINE AF database found that standard-dose direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs) are safer and more effective than warfarin in patients with creatinine clearance (CrCl) values ≥25 mL/min.
