The OCTIVUS trial secondary analysis demonstrated that among patients undergoing imaging-guided PCI, approximately half achieved prespecified optimal stent implantation criteria, and optimal stent implantation was associated with better clinical outcomes, Dr. Hoyun Kim and colleagues, Asan Medical Centre, Korea, reported in the May 12 issue of JACC: Cardiovascular Interventions.
