The First-in -Man technique of Drug Eluting and Perfusion Therapy for Unprotected Left Main Coronary Artery Disease: The JDEPTH-LM Pilot Study
The JDEPTH-LM pilot study demonstrated that the double effect-kissing balloon technique (W-KBT) using a perfusion balloon and a drug-coated balloon (DCB) after drug-eluting stent (DES) implantation at the bifurcation lesions in unprotected left main trunk (LMT) disease is safe and feasible, according to a study presented by Dr. Takayuki Warisawa, NTT Medical Center Tokyo, Japan, in the Late Breaking Clinical Trials session at CVIT 2024.
