Independent predictors of TLF (culprit lesion-related cardiac death, myocardial infarction, and target lesion revascularization) after treatment with DCB for de novo coronary artery lesions included dialysis patients, angle of maximum calcification, and the absence of post-PCI medial dissection evaluated by OCT, Dr. Tetsumin Lee and colleagues, Japanese Red Cross Musashino Hospital, Japan, reported in the July 1 issue of EuroIntervention.
