Predictors of incomplete stent apposition after PCI for bifurcation lesions: A post-hoc analysis of the PROPOT trial
A post-hoc analysis of the PROPOT trial showed that PCI of bifurcation lesions with angles of ≥60 degrees carries a high risk of incomplete stent apposition even when optimal POT can be performed. Dr. Masahiro Yamawaki of Saiseikai Yokohamashi Tobu Hospital presented at the Hot-line session of the 87th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japanese Circulation Society.
