The LEADERS study demonstrated that clinical outcomes following EVT for ISR in the aorto-iliac arteries (AIA) were poor, similar to those observed in femoropopliteal ISR lesions, according to a study presented by Dr. Akiko Tanaka, Sendai Kosei Hospital, Japan, in the Late Breaking Clinical Trial session at CVIT 2025.
