DES vs DCB vs POBA for Coronary In-Stent Restenosis: A Meta-Analysis of Randomized Trials
A meta-analysis of randomized trials showed that treatment with DCB for coronary ISR was associated with lower risks of MACE and TLR compared with POBA, while demonstrating smaller late lumen loss and no significant differences in clinical outcomes compared with DES, Dr. M. Haisum Maqsood and colleagues, Houston Methodist Hospital, United States, reported in the December issue of Circulation: Cardiovascular Interventions.
