One-Year Outcomes of OCT-Guided PCI in Patients with All-comer STEMI: The ATLAS OCT Trial
The ATLAS OCT trial demonstrated that in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) treated with OCT-guided PCI, both minimum stent area (MSA) and stent expansion index were significant predictors of one-year target vessel failure (TVF; a composite of all-cause death, target vessel myocardial infarction [TV-MI], and target vessel revascularization [TVR]), according to study presented by Dr. Taishi Yonetsu, Tokyo University of Science, Japan, in the Hotline/Late-Breaking Trials session at EuroPCR 2025.
