Complete revascularization was associated with significantly lower risks of cardiovascular death/new MI and cardiovascular death compared with culprit-lesion-only revascularization in patients with AMI and multivessel disease, Dr. Shamir R Mehta and colleagues, McMaster University, Canada, reported in the December 13 issue of The Lancet.
